Prayreh Htun (Peh Law) – From the Fields of Karenni to the Heart of His People

He was only six years old when he began working as a farmer. Before turning nine, he was already driving a tractor through the fields of Karenni State.

Those early years of hardship taught him discipline, perseverance, and humility — lessons that would one day shape him into a leader devoted to his people.

From a humble village boy to a respected global community leader, Peh Law’s journey is a story of resilience and purpose.

As one of the founders of the Karenni Humanitarian Team (KHT), he has led with compassion — organizing food, medicine, and shelter for those displaced by conflict.

Over the past three years, he has personally helped more than 100 families find safe homes, bringing hope and stability to lives uprooted by war.

Beyond humanitarian relief, Peh Law is passionate about empowering the next generation.He co-founded the Karenni Sport Society (KSS) to unite young Karenni through teamwork, sportsmanship, and pride in their heritage. Under his leadership, KSS has become a movement — inspiring strength, friendship, and unity among Karenni youth around the world.

He also made history by creating the first Karenni Bodybuilding Show, a groundbreaking event celebrating discipline, health, and confidence — showing that true strength is built from within.

As the founder of the Karenni Talk Show (KTS), Peh Law continues to amplify Karenni voices through open dialogue and community media.

His generosity and leadership extend beyond programs — they live in his actions.Peh Law and his business partners are major sponsors of key Karenni events such as Deeku, KTB, and December to Remember, supporting unity and cultural celebration.

Throughout the year, he also donates consistently to Karenni IDPs, especially to uplift children in need, proving that his heart for service never sleeps.

A graduate of Saint Paul Community College with an Associate of Arts degree, Peh Law believes that education, gratitude, and service form the foundation of lasting change.

Whether helping a family rebuild, encouraging youth through sports, or connecting Karenni voices across borders, Peh Law’s message remains timeless —lead with love, serve with purpose, and never forget where you came from.
